Love fuels humanity. Everyone wants to be loved. In fact, we need not only to be loved but also to love others in order to survive and thrive in life. Why?
Because we are created in the image of God who is love.
God created us for his purpose and pleasure. At the heart of his master plan is to have a love relationship with us. The Creator does not need creation. God doesn’t need us and anything from us. Because love is his very essence, he wants to give. He created us so that he can give us all things. God’s love is unconditional and indeed forever!
Now, love is complete when it is reciprocated.
God loves us regardless, but he desires us to love him back. To love him back must be out of free will; otherwise, it will no longer be true love. Love cannot be forced.
