Another day to step back and reflect on all that you’ve read, thought about, and experienced in the past week.
In what ways are you seeing the work of Jesus in your life?
As you reflect on what you are learning about what it means to have life in Christ, if necessary, go back and read anything you received this week that you want to reconsider … or that you missed!

Reflection
This week, what Biblical truth challenged you? Encouraged you? Convicted you?
In this week’s lesson, the point was made that “everything we are and everything we do is grounded in the relationship that we have with our heavenly Father.”
Think about your personal relationships. In what ways do you deepen those relationships? How do you show appreciation? How do you interact? How much time do you give them? What transferable lessons are there for your relationship with God?
On a scale of 1–10, how does your time use demonstrate that your life is grounded in your relationship with our heavenly Father?
Are you spending time with God every day? What difference is this making in your life?
If you are not spending time with God every day, what is getting in the way of your ability to do so?
What changes can you make in your daily schedule to allow specific space for God in each day?
In “Satisfying Our Spiritual Thirst” Beth Yoe wrote,
“Unfortunately, we often seek to quench our spiritual thirst with almost everything but the Living Water! From money to pleasure to honor to prestige to self-indulgence—there is no limit to our chase for satisfaction or the careless handling of our own souls. We seem to go to great lengths not to pursue what ultimately satisfies.”
In what ways are you pursuing what ultimately satisfies?
How is our spiritual thirst quenched by spending time in God’s Word?

Take a few minutes to memorize this verse:
“But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.” —Isaiah 40:31
