To find out if the Bible is reliable, we look at the evidence for the Bible in three crucial areas:
1. Its scientific accuracy
Even though the Bible is not written as scientific literature, its descriptions do not contradict the growing body of scientific knowledge. Rather, it supports the Biblical view of the Creator and creation.
2. Its historical accuracy
The historical reliability of the Bible is proven repeatedly as new archeological discoveries are made that demonstrate the accuracy of the Biblical accounts.
3. Its prophetic accuracy
Of the 26 so-called holy books of various religions, the Bible is the only one containing predictive prophecy. Its prophetic accuracy can be proven by examining if the Bible’s predictions have come true.
